NOVO-OGARYOVO, Moscow Region, Feb 7 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Alexei Tsydenov, who served as a deputy transport minister before the move, as acting head of the republic of Buryatia on Tuesday.
Putin also signed an early resignation of the republic’s head Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn.
